        Have nothing but positive things to say about VW Reading. Rocky was amazing from start to finish when we were buying a car - unlike the Slough branch who were disinterested and ignored us! Customer service is exceptional and the branch couldn't do enough for us! From the receptionist through to everyone we met, we couldn't have been treated better. Highly recommend!

        Their prices are astronomical! I was quoted 750 for a replaced wing mirror. I've managed to get a quote elsewhere for 380 (inc vat). Absolutely unreasonable. Wont be using again

        Shamefully bad. After driving for 1.5 hours to test drive a car that I called earlier to arrange and agreed an appointment they didnt have the car I called to test drive! Not even an apology!! I wouldnt buy a spark plug from this dealership let alone a car!
