All staff very helpful and friendly. Continuity over a number of visits has been excellent as has the quality of care and consideration. Highly recommended.

Came here as they came highly recommended as a rabbit specialist vet. My bunnies normally see Alex but in emergency situations they've seen other vets on site and they've all been fantastic. My older rabbit became ill at 5pm on a Friday and there were no appointments but they squeezed us in as an emergency and checked him over, gave him medication and send us home with some. A week later he had severely deteriorated and again I called at 9am and had an appointment at 8.30am. The vet (I think it was Will?) Checked him over and gave us a realistic prognosis and was sensitive to our budget (although for us it was no expense spared) my boy spent all day with them and I got updates throughout the day about his status and was given options about how to proceed as the day went on. Unfortunately my bunny did pass away and I was called immediately and they found time within half an hour to give my partner and I some space to say goodbye and we're advised of the options from there and advice about our remaining rabbit. The staff were sensitive and kind throughout what was a very sad and emotional day and I honestly can't thank them enough for doing everything they could for what was a very sick elderly bunny. Last year my other rabbit had a chest infection that wouldn't clear having been several times to another vets and Alex managed to get it cleared within a week and gave both rabbits a thorough checking over I highly recommend this vets if you have rabbits.

All the vets at companion Winnersh are wonderful - I believe it was Ben we saw today. He went above and beyond by helping us shave our rabbits tummy (she had a matt) and clipping our other rabbits nails.

Just find everyone helpful, friendly and welcoming. Always make time to answer all concerns and explain so well what they are doing or what they recommend, without being pushy.
