I was delighted to find Rachael and her team from the Well Pet vet practise as my previous Mobile vet had stopped practising. They take the stress out of vet visits, coming to your home well prepared for the current covid-19 restrictions we are all facing. From the initial consultation with Rachael to the most current appointment I can honestly say Rachael puts our ageing kitty first and helps with my peace of mind. Thank you for loving our Fur-babies and keeping them well.

Would like to say a big thank you to Rachael and Danii who explained the process and treated both us and our dog so well when we made the difficult decision that the time had come to put Tilda to sleep.

I don't feel strong to write about how you ended my cat's life, but I must. First I assumed that she could not be at home, in her place and quiet, comfortable. It is the most cruel,then don't offer incomplete services. In your van you put the previous sedation and you did not consider her state of weakness, respiratory and general condition. You don't check how she has responded to sedation, how her head has been, how she breathes. Your only endeavor is to put a lid on the box that you don't know how to do it, that neither you nor your assistant know how to do it, you gave me wrong,.I wouldn't have minded if you didn't close it,if Roma was so sedated, and while already dying. I could not imagine this, when entering home and wanting to hug her, her nose and mouth are against the pillow and she is dying, with death throes. I go out quickly with her to your van and you say that she is breathing and you are not able to recognize that it has not gone well. And she's leaving. You don't improvise anything, and you follow your protocol, to get on the road, you drop a electric razor on her head and you prolong everything. That coldness and little humanity, in the discomfort of the street, with last moments so difficult, restless, agonizing, prolonged. Nothing was accomplished. Do not offer incomplete and inhumane services because my life and my grief you have traumatized them.
