As always a great visit to a great surgery. We moved here over 2 years ago for our two cats based on a recommendation and have never looked back. Kind, helpful, informative.

Incredible practice! Staff are amazing; friendly and welcoming, highly trained and competent. Made me feel calm and helped me not to panic (I had an emergency with my pet rat). Very understanding and accomadating while remaining highly professional. Would highly reccommend! :-)

I have been a client for at least 10 years. At the start the vets were exceptional and really cared about the animals they were treating. However in the last 2 years I have been very disillusioned with the practice, only now do I realise that they are under new ownership. The crunch came when I had to take my Siamese to them last week due to a complete personality change. Having asked if the vet had read the copious notes they have on my cat and the best way to treat him, I explained that because of previous conditions he hated the vets with a passion. The vet was very concerned about touching the cat, asking if he would be ok for her to touch, and, if I am honest, only a cursory examination was given. They do not seem to care about the animals, or, if they do, do not show a caring side. The staff have all changed and are no longer as friendly. That experience decided me and I have moved both of my Siamese cats to a different practice. Whilst my cat would far rather not see a vet he was much happier and calmer with the new practice I am now using, and the staff have shown a very caring approach. All vets have to understand they have to be caring and confident when dealing with peoples much loved pets. Listening to the owner is paramount as I am sure in an ideal world none of us want to take our animals to the vet.
