        rediculous vet. They cheat on the availablity of appointments.

        So unreasonable, they ask me to transfer my pet to other branch which is far from reading. After that, they refuse to treat it, and the reason is that the pet is treated by others last time. So what is the reading branch working for? Transfer to to others, and refuse to service? BTW, So rude. This is the first review of mine on google, can not to accept it.

        Excellent at what they do and so so friendly. Every time I go in my pet feels incredibly loved and cared for and the staff do everything they can to put me at ease. Can't recommend them enough
