We recently purchased a 2022 Peugeot 3008 GT Hybrid from Marshall Reading and have been happy with the whole process, including the trade in of our Mitsubishi Outlander. In particular, we wanted to flag the great service from Joe Paines, who addressed some small issues with the car and helped the process along efficiently, from initial visit to collection of our new car, thanks Joe.

AVOID IF YOU WISH TO AVOID FRAUD. ZERO STARS. DON'T FALL FOR THE OTHER 5 STAR REVIEWS. THEY ARE PLANTED. THIS DEALER CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Avoid at all costs. I purchased a Nissan Ariya for my wife in August knowing the car will take time to arrive. At Christmas I called to get an update and was told it was due in late December. I then received a V5 in the post before the car had arrived for collection. This was so the garage could achieve its 2022 targets (probably linked to their bonus). So I am expected to accept a car registered in 2022 but delivered in 2023 with the associated loss in value. Make no mistake -this is FRAUD. The Sales Manager Daniel Khan is allegedly sorting out the issue but has gone awol. I have now cancelled my order such is my distrust of this company and bought another brand without issue. Dodgy, corrupt and untrustworthy. The Boris Johnson of car dealers. An embarrassment to Nissan. AN UPDATE: The dealership has lied to Nissan UK to suggest the above was with my agreement as the DVLA 'gets busy' between Xmas and New Year...this suggests to me that not only are Marshall Nissan fraudulent but are complicit with Nissan UK. Think best to avoid Nissan all together. ANOTHER UPDATE Ignore their response to this review as they have not bothered to reply to the email they asked me to send below. UPDATE 25 APRIL 2023 I was contacted by the DVLA with a view to fining me for a car I had never owned due to Marshall Reading's incompetence and fraud. Stuart Kidd the manager got in touch with me immediately to deal with when I emailed him re the issue. Now he has disappeared and fails to answer my emails. Reading Trading Standards are now investigating this dealer. Do you really want to spend your money with this dealer? Do yourself a big favour and go elsewhere.

Wow what an experience! Was by far the best experience I have had at a car dealership. Daniel Khan the sales manager was brilliant, made me feel like I was a valued customer, what a charming man he is! Gareth K went the extra mile to make my handover experience one to remember.
