We recently bought a used Skoda from Marshall's and are very, very happy with it. Ryan was great at going through the options and we ended up with a model we hadn't originally considered. However, it's definitely the right car for us. Thanks Ryan for all your help and hard work.

For over 3 weeks i have been awaiting a simple refund of 100. I have called several times and also emailed and was assured by Joel in sales and by reception i would receive a call back and a refund. Neither happened Joel somehow seems surprised that i am frustrated at their ability to process a refund and after remaining patient, im now fustrated. Its a good thing i did not purchase the car from them as if they cant do this simple refund and resovle it, i dread to think what would have happened if there was a problem with the car Received a call from Fred as im writting this minutes later, who informed me basically as he was off with covid, the entire branch cannot finction without him and cant do a refund, and this is why it took so long. Amazing how this was never mentioned before and such a large delaership can take payment but cant process refunds. And a final note joel also mentioned its my responsibilty to chase them daily endlessly not for them to do it

I recently purchased a car from Marshall Skoda in Reading. From the initial email enquiry and several phone conversations, through to a test drive and finally handover I was looked after by Kenneth Marke. Ken is an absolute star, he answered all my questions and made things really easy & straightforward from beginning to end.
