One of their 7.5 ton lorries (WV63 LNW) is persistently bring parked on a residential area junction and creating a serious blind spot and safety hazard for the many pedestrians and cyclists who go through here towards Asda and other facilities.

I was desperate for a small van so rented from the first place that had one available, I had this van for a week and reuturned with no problems, I contacted them again and said I will need a van at the following week, they said no problem, called them 6 days in advance they said they had nothing for me, this worked out to be quite beneficial, I contacted another van rental company, Arrow charged me 270 for a week, I've managed to save over 100 going to another company, I feel ripped off how can they be that much more expensive, I will not be hiring from Arrow again.
