Worse buisness ever I bought a new truck 1st of September on delivery it broke down its never worked a fool week yet and very bad at communicating back hopefully someone will get back and get a answer

Hi good morning to all I would like to bring to attention that my Van was booked in for a water pump and timing belt on the 14/10/2021 when I took it in they said no but its booked in for the 21/10/2021 and they could not help me because they dont have all the parts to do the job. I had to cancel that date and they changed it to the 1/11/2021 and said no problem they have all the parts now so it was taken in yesterday and was said it will be ready at lunch time the next day witch is 02/11/2021 so I phoned this morning and was told oh sorry but they have not even started the job yet but will try to do it today because they do have other customers that are priority. So just to try and do this job its now from about 06/10/2021 that I have been trying to get this done. They just dont care that I have one Van and I am self employed and that there is no money coming in. The attitude is just wait as the lady said we are very busy and they help the people that are more priority. Not even a manger on site at all that they will allow me to speak to. This is the worst service I have come a cross and will need to let as much companies and people know about it and on social media.
