Super approachable staff that were very accommodating, made me feel at ease and the friendly nurse was very gentle too, would recommend!

What can I say about this clinic ? Horrible staff .

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but this was the most awful service I have ever received. I am a nanny who took my two charges for some travel jabs, prior to the appt my boss rang the clinic twice to check it was OK that I would be taking them and she also gave me a letter of consent to say that I was aloud to give consent for jabs and if there was any problem then they could phone her. The nurse we saw was extremely rude and refused to give the children their jabs in my care and made numerous comments about how I was not responsible enough to do this and how as I was only 'the employee' I didnt have any say. She refused to talk to my boss on the phone stating 'they did not do telephone consultations.' So we left, with no jabs being given and my boss phones up to speak to the nurse who tells her that she is lying and they didnt say I could take the children in and that she told them it was grandma bringing them in. She was also extremely rude to my boss on the phone. So after travelling 30 miles, I ended up taking a 20 month old and a 3.5 year old 30 miles back home with no jabs!!!! Not professional at all!!
