        Great bunch of guys, recommend for Theale, Reading areas.

        Very poor service. Booked a taxi several hours in advance. At ten minutes to pick up time (midnight) we were called to say it was cancelled as car had 'broken down'. No consideration or offer to help us as not 'company policy' even though we were then stranded and extremely difficult to get a taxi at this time. Called several taxi firms around local area but no cars available so completely stranded. Called back to a4 to ask for help and said would call other companies. Never heard from them. Would not recommend. We ended up paying for a double price taxi much later and leaving us out of pocket.
