I recently purchased a disposable vape from this shop in the morning, but unfortunately, a few hours later it started making crackling noises intermittently. I was concerned about the issue, so I went back to the shop to request an exchange. However, they refused without seeing the vape in person, which seemed illogical to me. I didn't want to keep vaping non-stop until the problem occurred again, so I asked them to dispose of the vape for me. I was disappointed with the customer service I received as they were unwilling to help. As a result, I ended up wasting 4.99 on a product that didn't work properly and didn't receive the customer service I expected
