Swift Cars

Hello today i booked a ride with swift car taxi i really enjoyed the service and feels comfortable and the driver was very friendly so thanks swift cars.

We called up prior to booking to make sure that we could pay by card, the man on the phone said yes so we booked for a 7/8mile trip for 2 people. The ride was fine & then for some reason the driver went into a multi-storey car park to drop us off & then when we were asked to pay we mentioned that we were paying by card. He said no thats not possible the message says cash so I argued that & then after about 5 minutes he pulls out a card machine from his glove compartment & vagaries us 32 for the 7/8 mile trip. Absolutely disgusting

We at Warren Lodge Care Centre in Finchampstead Wokingham have used Swift cars regularly for the past few years and have always received a fantastic service. They have been supporting our residents with their hospital appointments as well as trips out and always have delivered an amazing service. Our residents and staff have benefited from their versatile fleet of cars including wheelchair accessible taxi, their drivers know our residents personally and are always kind and very supportive. Great service. I had left my wallet at home and the driver opted for me to not be late and told me I could pay later that day.
