Do not use this taxi service - turn up 20 minutes late and try to charge more when you are in the car - they dont care & do not apologise awful service will never use again

They were OK on the way out nice driver and a nice car maybe a bit expensive for a 20min drive ( 30) but it was the price i was quoted on my way back from Reading to ipsden they charged me 45 for the same jorney in the other direction. I'm not impressed.

Poor service not from this area needed taxi so called from station taxi arrived did not speak to us grunted at our name felt very rude I suggest need training in customer services
