Rude driver wanted us to pay "a lot of extra charges" for a delayed flight, we provided the flight tracking number but cant be expected to agree to an unknown amount of charges. We always tip generously but will be avoiding kennet from now on after we have been left at the airport and now need to arrange alternative transport.

I've had two bad experiences with Kennet cars. Once they took 45 minutes to arrive instead of the estimated 15 minutes. The second time I had requested a collection from Gatwick Airport after receiving a quote but Kennet cars ignored all of my follow up emails looking for them to confirm and never showed up. Don't bother trusting this taxi company as you'll end up making alternative arrangements anyway. Edit: To clarify. This is a totally legitimate review and looking at other poor reviews, Kennet have a consistent history of not showing up to pre scheduled bookings. The aggressive response from Kennet cars should only further highlight the level of customer service that you can expect to receive from Kennet cars Edit2: As you can see in the response below, Kennet are behaving extremely unprofessionally and continue to make rude comments and accusations, rest assured I have been a legitimate customer of Kennet and should not feel compelled to leave my actual details as I do not want to deal with Kennet hassling me. Perhaps Kennet cars should take genuine feedback under consideration instead of alienating their local customers even further.

I have used Kennet cars few times and I found them most friendly and efficient. I must say their service is really professional. There cars are very clean and drivers are really well mannered compare to other companies in Reading
