        Wanted 30 for a journey of less than 2 miles. When he said that I got out and walked. Took less than 15mins.. 30. Ridiculous.. I appreciate it is Sunday so expected to pay 8 - 9,but 30. Wouldn't touch them again with someone else's bargepole....

        Over charged me by so much money! I was only in the taxi for 5 minutes! I don't know how they sleep at night knowing they're doing this. Called the company and told me my taxi driver overcharged me and I got 5 pound credit, which isn't going to be used because I don't feel comfortable getting in their car anymore, and even if I did use them again how does the company know I have 5 pound credit? Shouldn't I get a written email or something? And plus they didn't apologise what so ever.
