This used to be good for years. Post covid its become consistently awful. As mentioned by others, drivers arriving late, drivers illegally on phones while driving, discourteous, bad attitude. Last driver literally spent the entire trip on a video call with someone over speakerphone. How is that OK? Gave him feedback and told him hes lucky I didnt report him to the police for using a mobile whilst operating a motor vehicle. Since then I decided never to use this company again.
