Our family and friends and the memories we make togther is everything to us and our home is the centre to much of this. As a family we wanted to create an outside entertainment and leisure space, close enough to the house and in keeping with it, while creating the feeling of a specific separate space in line with its purpose. We chose M Pools Ltd not only because of the people we met and the evident experience and technical knowledge they all hold (backed by a long list of happy client testimonials), but they also got that the project was so much more than a pool and that the landscaping design and related project elements are just as important as the quality of the pool products themselves. Malcom and his team were the ultimate professionals, a pleasure to have on site and were always safety conscious, proactive, responsive, accommodating, and flexible. We are delighted with the end result and have already made so many unforgettable related memories since the project was completed. If you can, dont hesitate and do it! Malcolm and his team are highly skilled professionals who delivered everything we wanted. Whenever issues arose (you never know until you start digging) they overcame all problems with a can-do attitude and a smile. I cannot rate them highly enough - they delivered on budget with exceptional quality. If i could give 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend. Malcolm and his team were fantastic from the start- punctual, great team, trustworthy and hard working. We are thrilled with the pool- please pass on our thanks to the guys. It has made our garden and its rare to find after service and advise second to none. We would highly recommend that if you are thinking about getting a pool that you speak to Malcolm and his team.
