Quite a rude shop owner, very impatient and lacks customer service on a return. I asked him if he had a bad day and he said very. Everyone has those days but at least try and be kind to customers.

Go in here every day, but today went in to get an Elux vape (15.00) - got home and it had leaked and was flashing so went back, told we had to pay 5.00 extra for a replacement despite paying 15.00 in the first place and not even using it! Will be going across the road from now on, much cheaper anyway

Loads of their products are out of date, not just by a few days.. a few months! Try to take it back and you get a load of abuse! Ever since that happened I've still been going in the shop and the boss never sais hello or goodbye or thank you. No Manors whatsoever! He is always on the phone.
