        Dealt with Tom who produced some structural calculations for some bifold doors for an enlarged opening. I was confused by one of the requirements so just wanted to understand it but havent had any responses to my emails. Disappointing customer service which is a shame as the drawings and calculations came back pretty quickly and as agreed.
