Came to Rian with some issues from bodybuilding and have subsequently since been seeing him on a weekly basis for maintenance massage. He is able to find issues without me directing him to them and the treatment I have received so far has been to a high standard. Having used multiple therapists in the past I can recommend Rian.

I have been using Rian for about 3 years now anytime I have an injury or tightness. He has resolved every issue for me and given me helpful advice. Just last week I had a dead leg, I was walking with a limp. Rian sorted me right out on the Friday and I bagged at hat-trick on Sunday. Rian is the man!

5* service right here! Rian helped me out when I was having issues with my shoulder (we think slight impingement) he spent an hour working in my shoulders & back and hamstrings for good measure and i can honestly say i haven't felt this good in months. I woke up the next day feeling like I could move again, with no discomfort in my shoulder at all. I will be back for sure!! Thank you Rian!
