First time here today with Kenny, can't fault him. Great service, kind, friendly like all the ARC team. Helped me get to the cause of my back pain. Would recommend to all.

Been working on and off with Kenny for a year now to keep my body intact for rugby. Best physio Ive used and super knowledgable. Doesnt waste your time and gets you moving and feeling better instantly but more importantly taught me what I should be doing to help prevent anything coming back! Highly recommend.

Ive come to Kenny twice now the second time being more severe as it was the first time Ive had a peck tear. Kenny put me through a 3 week rehab I didnt realise that I had picked up so many bad habits throughout all my years of training and we went through each exercise correcting my form, within 3 weeks I was able to bench again. What I found absolutely amazing was his patience and his explanation of how the body mechanics work by showing me through each exercise. I would highly recommend Kenny, and would never turn anywhere else because I know he can fix the issue and you will learn so much along the way.
