I take my 7 yesr old son to ARO and he loves going and has great fun. I took up the offer of couch to comp training which was a 12 week course of free training followed by a fight in the ring at the end. I loved it so much that i have joined as a full member and continue to train on a regular basis keeping my weight down and an overall fitter and better me. I cant fault this club they have made an impact on selsey and my family. Keep up the the good work, full appreciation for all your hard work you put in too.

My son joined ARO when he was 7, he is 10 now. He absolutely loves this club, it has taught him respect, discipline, healthy competition and focus. It has done wonders for his confidence and maturity. I would recommend to anyone

I fully recommend this club I have 3 children who love going here and take up all the extra activities and they represent the club in competition's it has given all 3 of my children confidence that they didn't have before both owners are very accommodating and friendly and what's more I know my children are learning in a safe and friendly environment what more could you ask for

I was initially nervous before I walked into my first session at Aro (I didnt think I was fit enough)- But I shouldnt have been! Amazing atmosphere, really friendly people! I would highly recommend to anybody.
