        TAXCALC has a very poor customer service and onboard police. Do not dream with any assistance. I paid 1829 in full for the software and they blocked completely my access just because the were not able to charge 12 for an extra cloud service. Without notice, I discovered it in a holiday. We were NOT able to submit accounts which were in deadlines, DESPITE 1829 PAID UPFRONT IN FULL. Just to make it short, I regret A LOT to move my practice to TAXCALC. I wonder how they treat self-employed, disaster! I hope my bad experience save you some stress.
