I'm fortunate enough to have made some great connections with the Verizon Team, i now have staff members who Im able to reach out to for instant advice. 3 in particular that deserve a mention are Philip, Thomas and Dennis. The 3 of these individuals have helped my business loads over the past couple of years. We got off to a bad start but that was quickly resolved and now running smoothly. I hope for years to come we can continue to grow and use Verizon as my telematics suppliers. 10/10 for the service i receive

I'm really happy, since Thomas Pickering at Verizon Connect has taken over my account. His responses to my emails have been prompt and he has always tried to give me a constructive answer to my issue. Today, I called the help desk and spoke to Edmond K. He listened to the issue I had and explained the procedures he was going to attempt to try to solve the issue. I have just received an email from Edmond K explaining the progress so far and the options going forward. Purchasing a good product in great, but it must come with adequate support. I'm really happy that I'm getting that from these two guys
