Hexagon Developments Ltd, Sutton, SM3 9RD. I rang yesterday about my LV home insurance claim and spoke to Nicola and I received poor customer service. She was very rude to me, she spoke over me and raised her voice. I asked to speak to her manager but she said there is no manager here. As a result I suffered an anxiety attack and my blood pressure rose. I then complained to my home insurance and Susan will pass on the complaint for me.
Nicola needs a course in better understanding of good customer service care.
