Josh went out of his way to explain the policy, the design and spec of the furniture and all my options as a first time buyer from DFS Reading.....
His manor was warm, friendly, clear and he was super knowledgeable. We felt like he cared about what he was selling and understood our needs he was very attentive and approachable with a great sense of humour..... A very enjoyable experience!
