We contacted Michelle after struggling with our babies sleep for 16 months, she was still waking over 5 times a night, and it was very hard to get her to sleep. Michelle guided us gently through making changes to help our daughter fall asleep just with us laid next to her and reduce night feeds which has in turn reduced night wakes. She now wakes 1-3 times a night but goes back to sleep a lot easier. Michelle was so kind and helped us go at our speed, our daughter was never left to cry and the focus was on maintaining our attachment and mental health throughout.

Im going to start this post the way that most people do and say that I absolutely wasnt expecting this to work.. but it 100% did and I wish we had gone to Michelle 2 years ago. My 2.5 year old girl had never slept through the night and we have never been able to get away from sharing a floor bed with constant wriggling all night, so a terrible nights sleep for me. additionally bedtime was taking hours of frustration with me sitting in the dark with my daughter while she fell asleep and she would cry if I left. This was extremely draining as a mum working full time because I had no time to myself, and with a new baby on the way this was unsustainable. We did the 4 week programme with Michelle and it was completely gentle (a requirement for us) and in fact with less tears than we were previously experiencing at bedtime. Within the 4 weeks we solved the bedtime routine drama and she will now go to sleep with a kiss on the head and me leaving the room, Ive got my evenings back! There were lots of small steps, no cry it out or similar at all, but everything together just worked for us. At the end of the programme overnight wakings were not fully solved (although Id managed to get out of her bed into my own sleep space in her room so less wriggling!) but we discussed a path to resolution and within a few more weeks my daughter had fully slept through the night for 3 nights in a row for genuinely the first time(s) ever! Michelle is lovely to work with, there were a few times things were not working as expected so we changed course and the advice and approach was fantastic. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend and will be reaching out for support with our next baby early on!

Im a first time mum to a little boy who is nearly 11months old. I got in touch with Michelle when my baby was 7months old as he was waking 8+ times a night and would only go to sleep/ resettle by being nursed to sleep which meant my husband couldnt help with the night wakings or bedtime. It is safe to say I was absolutely exhausted and didnt have any sort of social life! We were also co-sleeping and I wanted to get to the stage where he could sleep in his own cot in his own room. It was very important to me that we made changes in a very gentle and gradual way and that we went at my sons pace. I cant emphasise enough how much working with Michelle over the last few months has transformed my babys (and therefore my) sleep! After 4 months of coaching and fantastic support, my baby now sleeps in his cot, only wakes about once a night, has two dreamfeeds and can be put to bed and resettled by either myself or my husband. The absolute best thing about the process is that my baby has barely noticed the change, it has been so gradual and we have had no tears. A combination of Michelles online modules, fantastic weekly coaching calls and Facebook support meant that we felt empowered to make changes that were bespoke to our situation and responsive to my babys needs. The programme gave me the knowledge and confidence to make changes, whilst Michelle was so supportive and a great sounding board and cheer leader. Without the programme we just didnt know where to start, but Michelle helped us to break everything down into tiny steps and we saw that we were able to make progress relatively quickly. This is not a programme for someone who is looking for a quick fix solution, but for anyone who is looking for a gentle approach that puts the needs of your baby first, I cannot recommend Michelle and this programme more highly. Whilst our sleep is by no means perfect (we do have an 11 month old after all!), Michelles gentle approach has completely transformed naps and nights and I am amazed at how much our babys sleep has improved.

I cant recommend Michelle enough. She has really helped us move forward with the sleep issues we faced. She gives very practical advice which has been tailored to our individual child and family needs, and was able to make suggestions and adjust her advice accordingly as we went through the weeks. She takes time to find out about your child and you as a family unit and also where your mental health is at as a parent. I felt she was very holistic and non judgemental. Im a healthcare professional, and chose Michelle because of her professional background, and her level of baby sleep training, which I felt was much higher than some of the baby sleep specialists I had come across while trying to find someone to help us. Her advice is rooted in research and takes into account child development, and positive attachment and relationships. I chose her because I didnt ever want to leave my baby to cry alone, or use crying as a tool for better sleep, and through looking at Michelles blog posts/ website, I knew that I could trust her to help us get to better sleep without using outdated and potentially harmful methods. Im really glad we invested in her expertise and support. Thanks Michelle!!

We contacted Michelle when our daughter was 16 months old. She religiously fed to sleep and would never sleep in her cot meaning we would bedshare to maximise sleep. Cot transfers were a nightmare and there were many wake ups throughout the night. Within the space of a few weeks our daughter was no longer fed to sleep and would fall asleep happily in her cot. She can now be in the cot all night with fewer wake ups. We used very gentle methods and were able to go at a pace which best suited our needs. The program Michelle put together clearly identified how little tweaks can make a big difference. She is very supportive, empathetic and knowledgeable about the science of sleep, which gave each step some important context. It's great to finally be able to enjoy the evenings without tending to the baby! I would highly recommend Michelle's program if your little one's sleep pattern is not sustainable and you would like to make gentle, considered changes to improve their sleep.
