Dr Browning produced an engaging virtual workshop for my team. It was insightful and informative with tips that you could implement immediately to improve your sleep. She explained the science behind why somethings help to aid sleep and why others hinder it. Knowing that she is highly qualified to give this advice is extremely reassuring as well. I would 100% recommend Dr Browning as the "go to" for getting sleep advice.

I highly recommend Dr Lindsay Browning, although her programme is tough and requires commitment she doesn't pretend otherwise. Dr Browning is kind, empathetic, hugely encouraging and very thorough. She puts a lot of time, effort and thought into each CBTi session. My sleep improved by about 65/70%. I have started to slip back again but she offers a great aftercare service too so I will be back in touch. If you have discovered her website Trouble Sleeping then do not look any further as you will not find anyone better.

I have just finished my last session with Dr Lindsay Browning from Trouble Sleeping. I sought Lindsay's help after many years of insomnia, but most recently a couple of years of waking at between 1am.- 4am almost every night and not getting back to sleep/feeling pretty awful with it. Lindsay spent time listening and understanding my sleep issues and through the various sessions has provided me with a structure and toolkit that now use and can use if ever I lapse again, helping break some really bad sleep habits. The results have been great - I feel so much better than I did at the start of the session, I am more well rested and do get better sleep almost all of the time but on the exceptions when I still cant get back to sleep and wake very early, I have learned how to handle them and not to worry about them as much as I had done previously. Lindsay has a really lovely approach to her sessions and I cannot recommend her enough, my only regret is not making this a priority earlier in my life.
