    Have been going to this clinic on and off since 2011 and always found it good. However the last few times I went I was disappointed. I paid for a treatment to remove veins/freckles, didnt work than had to pay more for a different treatment. Ive alway had my Botox there but last 2 times it felt like a lot less was being put in and the results werent as good and didnt last as long. Staff are nice.

    Extremely disappointed. I had my consultation which was great. Discussed which treatments to have. Paid for products (alot of money), which I needed to use 3 weeks prior to having my treatment as the skin needed 3 weeks of prep. Made the appointment face to face. Confirmed the time and date 2 times before writing it down in my diary. I turn up for my appointment and no staff was there in the clinic. I waited 20mins before asking house of fraser staff. They tried to find contact details but had nothing to contact any staff member. They had no idea why there wasn't any staff there. Extremely unprofessional. A customer has turned up for an appointment waiting around like a lemon and the staff decide to take the day off. Never mind how a customers time was wasted in making the trip to the clinic, paying for parking and a waste of day where they could have done something else with there time. What will you do to make up for this?
