The apartment is nearly brand new and large, with all facilities included (e.g. washing machine, micro-oven, oven, dish-washer, refrigerator, toast-maker, etc). Location is excellent, right above the Oracle shopping mall and next to Board Street. Rooms: The rooms are large, and bed is very comfortable.

Rooms: So clean and have everything. Nearby activities: The place is in the downtown so many things to do: The oracle center, primark, Sainsbury, M&S, all banks, john lewis, post offices, pubs, train station, sightseeing, decathlon, next outlet, the themes river. Safety: The place is very safe and the staff are reachable anytime even in the nights if you face any problem like mine(forgot the keys in the room) Walkability: The location is in the heart of Reading Downtown so everywhere is walkable. Noteworthy details: The staff are so helpful and friendly. I have never seen that level of hospitality. So much appreciated. The internet connection is great as I had used for the business. The heating system is great. The shower works fine. The laundry machine works great.

4* Hotel surrounded with Oracle mall & John Lewis , Primark and all famous stores & india restaurants with in 5 to 10 min walk. Got facilities like kitchen with Induction stove, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Oven, Micro Oven, kettle & toasters for people who would like to cook instead of spending in restaurants. Got room heaters in all the rooms & tv in living room. Overall nice place to stay. Room service will be on weekly basis one can have on daily which is charged additionally.
