Cove - Castle Crescent, Coley (Previously SACO Reading - Castle Cresent)

I was looking forward to staying at Cove Castle Crescent apartments next year (Aug 2022) and booked well in advance to do so. Received an email saying there was a 'technical issue that's enabled bookings to be made further in advance than intended' and cancelled my booked. They have now repriced it to be 3X the amount for the same dates. I think this is highly unprofessional and would never book with them again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION! Booked to stay in Cove Castle Crescent for Reading Festival 2022, booked a year in advance and paid in full. After 2 months, I received an email saying that my booking had been cancelled due to a "pricing glitch for those dates" and within minutes were advertising for 3x the price I paid. Would recommend you look at alternative accommodation with a company you can trust and doesn't give you poor excuses in order to get more money.

I've stayed here whilst on business in Reading a number of times. I've always found the apartments spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard. The supplied toiletries are excellent as are the beds. The buildings which make up Saco Reading are interesting in their own right, with each apartment I stayed in differing from the other. There was always good parking to be had - if you park on the road when collecting your keys be aware of traffic wardens patrolling the area. It's a short walk to the centre of town and quite well located to get to-and-from Green Park. Should I need to return to Reading, Saco would be my first choice.
