        3 years now with Lantec. On the two occasions I had to phone for a reset , the operator was able to talk me through the process, with no need for a call out. The annual service visits have been excellent ......the engineer arrives on time , is polite , careful efficient and thorough, and answers any questions clearly. Any contact with the admin office is straightforward . I highly recommend Lantec.
