First impressions on the phone were excellent. They were really helpful and even told me how to remedy the problem myself to save money. Opting for a professional to do the work they were transparent about the pricing. They came out within 48 hours even though bad weather had impacted response times. Great service and would definitely recommend.

Abattis have been servicing our alarm system for several years now and they are an absolute pleasure to deal with! They are extremely well organised and very honest/reliable with the work. Highly recommended. We just had our back up battery replaced and the gent also replaced our sensor for our new door, we were only charged for the sensor!! It was all booked in very efficiently. Very hard to find these kinds of companies nowadays!!

Called Greg at Abattis Security Systems Limited on a bank holiday Monday due to a fault with our alarm system as a result of the adverse weather conditions/high winds. His timely response and assistance was absolutely fantastic. Due to the bad weather it wasn't safe for Greg to come out that evening but he explained to me that the external siren would eventually turn itself off and that he would ring me back in the morning to arrange a suitable appointment to come and resolve the issue. How many times have we all been told "I will ring you back", but when Greg told me he would ring me back, the difference was, he did! He telephoned me the following morning, as promised. Such a breath of fresh air to receive such great customer service. Thanks Greg
