EXTREMELY POOR COMPANY We took out an alarm system in our gym, all working fine but after an issue came up the refused to help us in any way. Our alarm needed an engineer code to clear our faults but due to DSC now deciding not to cover our area they refused to send anybody or supply us with any code to help with another engineer. So in the end we will need to replace the whole alarm system due the extremely poor service and also the lack of willing to help. Once they have sold you a product and locked you in that's it they don't care. POOR COMPANY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FOBBED OFF AT EVERY OPPURTUNITY
