Made an order to place an embroidered logo on an expensive Patagonia jacket for a gift. Instructions were to place the centre of embroidered logo even with centre of Patagonia logo, and equal distance from the zipper. After an initial delay of delivery I went to collect the jacket to find that neither measurement was correct!? I sent an email with photos and got no response. I called and was told the owner would get back to me, and he never did. When I called again and got ahold of him his offer was to not charge me for putting the logo in the wrong place. His point of view was that it was still a nice jacket and would make a nice gift - even though our company logo is sitting too low and too close to the zipper - with absolutely no symmetry to the opposite logo whatsoever?? Now I have an expensive jacket I refuse to give as a gift because of an awkward logo placement, and the owner refused to cover any part of the cost of the jacket to make it right. Beware.
