The new parts did not quite fit our door, (as I said, it is a very old door!) so the gentleman who arrived first called on a colleague for help and we ended up with a whole team of men working together to make everything fit correctly. They were determined to make it work properly and we could not be more happy with the results of their efforts. They followed all current COVID protocols, left everywhere clean and were a pleasure to have on site.
I would not hesitate to recommend RES to anyone and will certainly call them first, should I have any issues in the future.

We had RES install a new fire alarm system and extinguishers, and they did a good job for a reasonable price.
At that time we discussed with them the cost of servicing going forward.
The following year when organising a service, RES quoted significantly more.
Email correspondence with RES admin followed trying to reach an agreed price for service, however before a price was agreed an engineer turned up to do the job.
Prior to starting the work, the engineer quoted us more than we had agreed, so we refused to get the work done until we had agreed a price with RES admin.
We have now been told that RES will not carry out any future services for us.
