        I booked their cab. The driver came to the gate of my house and then cancelled the ride with no explanation. The support section of the app says I was charged a cancellation fee because I wasnt following covid protocol. How could that be if I never even left my house? There is no way to get any support through their app. There is no way to speak to an agent as their customer service number doesnt give you that option. They charged me a cancellation fee of 5 which is the cost of the ride itself. Im deleting this app from my phone.

        Thieves and a truly despicable company!!! I cancelled a journey well within the Ola's cancellation policy and OLA stole the entire journey fee from my bank account. PLEASE USE OTHER RIDE HAILING APPS AND STEER CLEAR OF OLA...
