Andy and Jack are great to work with, and as a company are really supportive of their workers. Any issues are sorted within the day. The communication with one of the issues that arrose out of the control of both myself and Red King was top notch.

I have been dealing with Mia at Red King and I must say she is probably the best Recruiter I have dealt with. She is so easy to listen to and has that personal touch. She explains the role and tells you what the process will be. She put my CV across to one of her clients and I interviewed but I did not get the job, but rather than her give up on me she explained the reason and had another role that suited me in the pipeline. Whether she places me or not her service and professionalism has been amazing which is very unusual in this day and age. 2 months in Recruiment she said! I dont believe her! Firstly Jude was very professional and helpful, he deserves 5 stars but the rest of Red King I can only say 1 star. When dealing with Jude everything was perfect, I was updated daily and was lined up with be offered a job and now was the case of coming to a deal on the salary. Sadly after a few days of not hearing from Jude hoping to hear some good news regarding the company matching the salary I had asked for I was unfortunately informed Jude was off sick and that someone else would be taking over for him and helping me. I was understanding and wished Jude a speedy recovery. Sadly after this it was a nightmare, I would go on to receive 0 calls, 0 emails and 0 messages. I would end up calling them 5 different times asking for updates over the course of 2 weeks. After 1 week I called and explained that I needed information asap as to whether the company was still interested as I had over job offers. I was told I would be prioritized and that someone would contact me shortly, only for them to fail on these promises even ones where they scheduled times in the morning at 9:30 to call me only for me to chase them up at 10:00 in which no one seemed to know about me or the scheduled call until 4pm when I called again they apologized and promised they would contact me soon with updates. Till this day I haven't heard from them and this was a week ago. I have since gone on to accept a job offer with a different company. I would not recommend anyone to use red king as I've never before come across such a poorly run recruitment agency whom you have to chase.

Awful. Just awful. No other words can describe what a terrible and unprofessional business this is. The so called owner of Red King, needs to take drastic action to the way business is conducted there. Do not recommend using. Not ever.
