Roc Search

The most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. I am not interested or looking for a new role, somehow this company have come across my details - I had 15 unsolicited phone calls back to back this morning - I was actually in the labour suite at the time being examined, the whole thing had to be stopped so I could check no one in my family had an emergency from the amount of calls I was getting. I cant believe a company operates like this, and from the reviews I can see its not the first time its happened. Avoid at all costs and block the number.

Called and emailed a lady called Melissa so many times over a job opportunity. Hasn't responded at all in 3 days. Unprofessional and rude. Waste of time. Do not recommend

I have been paid once on time in the last four months, each time i had to inform the agency that i hadn't been paid. Not yet been paid for November and looks like i won't until January. Happy Christmas. When you ring the office and try to speak to your agent they are never available, their colleagues cover for them and you never receive return calls/emails. Avoid the agency and their recommended Umbrella company DASA if you want to get paid for your work! You'd be better off building a stadium in Qatar! Hays have many of the same clients so go with them as they are brilliant, honest and you get paid! Roc-search are the worst agency i have worked for in my 18 years of contracting!! Is it somewhat unusual that the good reviews are from employees and the contractor reviews are all bad.....stinks!!
