Padma led a workshop for #STEMConnext as part of a wider program to support women returning to work. Padma worked with the ladies individually to help them understand and identify their values. They then went on to put together a vision board which helped them focus on what was important to them. Padma was the most helpful and professional recruiter I have worked with. I was doing freelance social media for music acts. Mabella Recruitment cannot be recommended highly enough. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience of dealing with Padma Knowles over a recent job application. Realistically, the job I was going for did not marry up with my CV, yet she managed to get me an interview where I otherwise would not have been able to.
