Have been Space Tenant since 2012, Space is simply the best, there are so many agencies around the area, but not all of them as as good, professional and really perfect like Space. Space is mine Agency. Thank you !! Piotr

Sakib was very professional. He provided us with the information we required and explained himself in a clear way. We are happy of his visit as we had lots of questions regarding the rental of our flat. We appointment him as he was best best person out of all the agents we were in touch with. He found us a lovely couple within only a few days! Great service, answered all my questions and a very pleasant young man to deal with.

Further to spaces response: - the boiler and electric had to both be fixed numerous times as the initial fixes didnt stick - I have agreed to have my keys collected on the day I move out - I would like to add I was also told to remove my review by the manager at space after they gave me a solution of collecting my keys. Despite the fact that they only decided to start a proper line of communication due to posting the review. - the email I sent initially I did receive an out of office from, i then immediately sent to the generic admin email. So this is a moot point I should still have received a response quicker than a week. The course of my tenancy had been okay. However in the last month we had issues with the boiler this kept on breaking for most the month (is now fixed). We then got issued with a section 21. After this notice was issued space have been very lacking with communication. I sent an email a week ago asking how much my rent would be for the partial month Ill be in the property. I chased this email up two days later. I then called the day after as I was wanted to know how much rent Id need to pay for the 6 days Id be in the property. The lady who answered on the phone audibly sighed at me and said shed need to ask her manager. I finally received a reply 1 week after my initial email. I had also asked if I could leave the keys in the property as I do not drive so getting across Reading to drop them off is incredibly inconvenient. I have rented with many places including through much more established companies such as Romans and they have all allowed me to leave my keys in the property when moving out. This has already been a stressful time as I had no intention to move out and considering we were given two months to move (as is legally allowed) we were also advised in the section 21 we need to move out asap as the landlord wants the house back. Im not sure advising to move out asap is allowed. To be honest the people that work at space in my opinion are clearly very unhappy in their jobs and enjoy the power trip they have over tenants. Empathy is free, this is a difficult time for everyone maybe just be kinder?
