Awful management company, didn't reply to emails or calls, allowed our managed building to fall into a horrendous state of repair, and wasted funds. - if your building owner is thinking of moving to them I'd be very worried

Just the worst managing agent. Non responsive, pretty sure wasted large amounts of resource. If I could rate them less I would. They are the reason people start managing their own buildings.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. They did a poor job managing our block and it was very difficult to get them to do things. Communication was also lacklustre. They were eventually 'let go' by the freeholder. The new managing agent has achieved more in 6 months than this firm did in years and are far more responsive and amenable. (This refers to John Busch House in Isleworth, not sure what the reference to Walpole Road is about in the response below. Typical of their disorganisation).

I originally gave a 2 star review but I recently sold a property that was managed by Cleavers and I am now changing my review to 5 stars. Zoe and Helen dealt with the numerous queries quickly and efficiently and this helped move the sale along at pace. Moreover, the property management for our buildings is quite complex because we have a mix of old and new buildings under one leasehold and this creates its own unique problems but Cleavers navigate through this well.

Managing agent in my block for some years but recently exited and being unhelpful in transition. Terrible does not come close. Consistently awful, incompetent approach to pretty much everything. Staff largely a revolving door of excuse makers who have to be hounded to get even the most basic things done. Dreadful. If could give half a star I would.
