        Really poor management company. Charge a fortune and increase fees every year yet don't deliver on any form of service at all . The lifts have had constant issues in a block of flats they manage there own staff have said they have been finding cheap solutions instead of getting to the route cause of the problem. I know people who have avoided buying properties in building that Atlantis manage. They have merged with Firstport now who are equally as poor.

This stupid company deserves more ZERO, all the staff members are simply money looters. No proper service for the money they loot. Never trust these money eating crocodiles.

        Whatever you do, avoid these cowboys unless you want to be parted with your money easily. If I could leave 0 stars I would! Update: Recently moved out of a property managed by Sykes Capital with my partner and will be getting less than 10% of the deposit back!
