    I am rating as one star because is the minimum possible. If you are planning to move somewhere where this company or Remus, just run! The same company part of group Fexco. Horrible! Overcharges. They do not know how to count and service level is the worst i have seen!

    No reasonable communication seems to have worked for my apartment, accounts over due by 2 years and longer. If i could rate as zero I would. Numerous numerous maintenance issues, yes some are being progressed now after years of escalations. My apartments situation now with 3 rd parties to help resolve. Taking advise from Property Advisory Services and Property Ombusman, all free, super helpful, know their field of expertise. Cannot recommend their service highly enough.

    I have emailed/called for over 2 months now requesting support from them to upload some cladding documents to their system, so the lenders can approve my application. Nobody has responded other than an email saying we will get back to you. They are the worst company and do nothing to support us! Ive no idea what I am paying them for but o bet if I cancelled my direct debit they would respond ASAP! They need to be investigated for not doing their jobs.
