Thank you Stuart for our check-in report, for your professionalism and for your great customer service, attention to details and caring attitude. As tenants, we've never been listened to, never been seen and nobody had our best interest - it's always the landlords that get all their ways and wants and tenants are always overseen, as neglected quantity, even though tenants are the ones that generate the income for landlords, tenants are the letting agencies main customers, tenants should be as equally valuated and respected just as landlords. Renting a property it's a business transaction between two parties, and both parties are the customers, not just one. Thank you for seeing tenants as human beings, for having their best interest, for being objective and impartial. Thank you for setting up a higher standard in your industry. Looking forward to see many more of your fellow colleagues following your example.

EZ property reports have recently carried out the inventory and check in for my new tenants. The report they gave me is extremely detailed. My tenants mentioned how happy they were with the whole process too. Highly recommend
