        Claims to be a sustainable business however sends goods out in numerous separate deliveries . Website isnt kept up to date, numerous out of stock items, slow or zero response from customer services. Very frustrating company to deal with so Ive given up and now use others who are much more reliable

        Cotswold Fayre had some amazing christmas stock advertised but we have ended up with half our order missing despite preordering and paying for it in advance. Keep being told they cannot guarantee anything, what is the point of ordering in advance then? We expected some items to perhaps become unavailable but not half the order. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

        I have been a customer of Cotswold Fayre for many years, they have a great product range and are the epitome of great customer service. What is nice is that a lot of their customer service team have been there a while so you get to know them on first name terms and build up a relationship with them.
