        The lady is pathetic and very rude. She has charged me for first class post by saying parcel will be delivered next day. She was very rude when I have asked her and said do not ask me and talk to royal mail. Royal mail says they did not even receive it from this lady. It seems this lady did not even send the parcel to royal mail and not sure what she has done with my parcel. I do not recommend going there.

        Horrible experiences. I go to a boarding school 4 hours away and came down for one weekend to mourn my grandmother. needed a parcel that was a gift to my family (sentimental) and turned up to the post office for them to turn me away while i was crying. rude not empathetic and then just started ignoring me while i was talking right to her. horrible horrible people

        Absolute joke, they are not helpful whatsoever. Waste of time as they turn customers away for silly reasons (machine not working, cant take your parcel for obnoxious reasons). They just dont want to bother with anything.
