Ive had nothing but good experience - theyre busy and have limited staff but, in my opinion, do their very best. Always been polite and courteous towards me, and Ive seen them have some very difficult customers and handle them professionally and respectfully.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff at the post office, especially Gurmit Varris. She has a I dont care, your complaint wont matter anyway attitude. Extremely patronising and nasty. Needs customer service training desperately. Response to owners reply: Nothing I have said in this review is untrue, you were extremely unprofessional, patronising, passive aggressive and arrogant. You do need customer service training and its shocking that youre the manager. Quite frankly your ratings speak for themselves. Your response is a testament to my first review of your service. I wont accept your passive aggressive apology. My entire engagement with you could have been completely different had you actually acted like a manager. I hung up because you were being extremely argumentative and not at all helpful. A family of three live at that address and the person collecting the package did have ID as proof. Regardless, my review was specifically to rate your customer service and this remains unchanged. I will no longer respond directly to you but Im more than happy to discuss this with someone professional and empathetic to the situation. Regards.
