        Paid for identity check which wasn't need it because of the misleading advise, they couldn't verify my settlement and more! This place and staff knowledge is very outdated. Went to the post office in town and they sort it all not on a spot.

        Pam was very unprofessional she doesn't now how to do her job. I went there to top up my gas card with support scheme from government and she didn't want it to do it. Last time she done it but after I spoke with a manager. She chose her customers. Very rude and unprofessional. I went to another post office and they lough when I told them how I was treated and they said it's not normal to do that. Try to avoid that post office.
